Free for first hour, $5 per hour onwards

Great for a face to face meeting or Zoom with clients, or to settle in for a day's work with privacy and your own meeting facilities.
We have 3 spacious meeting rooms for you or a small group to work and collaborate in a quiet environment
$20 per hour or $120 per day
Private functions
Our great space is available for private functions (including Hen's parties) on evenings and weekends.

Resources
All of our resources are available to the public, with competitive prices for printing, scanning, guillotining, laminating and book-binding.
Our entire space is available for your next workshop or function in the evenings and on weekends, with data projectors and screens to support your presentation.

A reserved hotdesk in the public space one day per week (ten week min), window/website branding available.

Tier 2 Lockable Office
Tier 2 residents are provided a fully serviced office seating two people, with a meeting table and AV, accessible one day per week.
Formal street and website branding, committed skill niche in our business referral network and full time (M-F, 9am-5pm) concierge service.

Tier 1 Full time sub-tenancy
Full time lockable sub-tenancy with 24/7 access to the site, unlimited access to printing, hotdesks, meeting and boardrooms, and are branded on the building, the website, and the 'tenant's window' presenting to the street.
Minimum term is 12 months. Price is negotiated based upon client needs. Fees paid monthly in advance.
